Terms of Service

By accessing and using CoPlanGo, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account, or have a parent or guardian create one on your behalf. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. We may update these Terms from time to time, and will post the updated Terms and update the 'Last Updated' date. Your continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Parents or guardians are responsible for accounts created for or used by children. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your family members use the service appropriately
• Keeping your contact and billing details current
• Ensuring you have consent to add family members and share their information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

CoPlanGo grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our service. The service and all related content are owned by CoPlanGo and its licensors. The service may include third-party services or integrations; your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for commercial purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person

You may not access or use the service for any purpose other than that for which we make the service available. Prohibited activities include:

• Violating laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Transmitting viruses or malicious code
• Engaging in unauthorized data collection
• Harassing or harming other users
• Impersonating others or providing false information

You retain all rights to the content you submit, post, or display on or through the service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the service. You represent and warrant that you have the rights to your content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights. We may remove content that violates these Terms. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content or your use of the service in violation of these Terms.

Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis:

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis unless required by law
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Taxes and fees may apply based on your location

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We may delete or retain data as described in our Privacy Policy. All provisions of the Terms which should survive termination shall survive.

The service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. CoPlanGo makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.

In no event shall CoPlanGo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels. Consumer protection laws in your country of residence may also apply.
